Genesis 39:20

Lalu dia membawa Yusuf lalu dimasukkannya ke dalam penjara tempat para tahanan raja ditahan Maka terpenjaralah Yusuf di situ

AV: And Joseph's <03130> master <0113> took <03947> (8799) him, and put him <05414> (8799) into the prison <01004> <05470>, a place <04725> where the king's <04428> prisoners <0615> [were] bound <0631> (8803): and he was there in the prison <01004> <05470>.

Genesis 39:21

Akan tetapi Tuhan menyertai Yusuf dan menunjukkan kasih-Nya kepadanya lalu Dia membuat kepala penjara itu berkenan kepada Yusuf

Genesis 39:22

Lalu ketua penjara itu menyerahkan semua tahanan di dalam penjara itu kepada pengawasan Yusuf Segala sesuatu yang harus dikerjakan di situ Yusuflah yang mengerjakannya

AV: And the keeper <08269> of the prison <01004> <05470> committed <05414> (8799) to Joseph's <03130> hand <03027> all the prisoners <0615> that [were] in the prison <01004> <05470>; and whatsoever they did <06213> (8802) there, he was the doer <06213> (8802) [of it].

Genesis 39:22

Genesis 39:23

Ketua penjara itu tidak perlu lagi untuk mengurus segala sesuatu yang sudah dijalankan oleh Yusuf kerana Tuhan menyertainya dan Tuhan membuat apa yang dikerjakannya berhasil

AV: The keeper <08269> of the prison <01004> <05470> looked <07200> (8802) not to any thing <03972> [that was] under his hand <03027>; because the LORD <03068> was with him, and [that] which he did <06213> (8802), the LORD <03068> made [it] to prosper <06743> (8688).

Genesis 40:3

Dia menempatkan mereka dalam tahanan di rumah ketua pengawal diraja iaitu ke dalam penjara tempat Yusuf ditahan

Maka terjadilah pada malam yang sama jururasa santapan serta pembuat roti raja Mesir yang ditahan di dalam penjara itu bermimpi Mimpi mereka masing-masing memiliki erti yang berbeza
