2 Kings 17:26

Kemudian kepada raja Asyur dilaporkan demikian Bangsa-bangsa yang tuanku angkut dan tempatkan di kota-kota Samaria itu tidak mengetahui aturan beribadat kepada tuhan negeri itu Oleh sebab itu Dia melepaskan singa-singa di tengah-tengah mereka Ketahuilah singa-singa itu membaham mereka kerana mereka tidak mengetahui aturan beribadat kepada tuhan negeri itu

AV: Wherefore they spake <0559> (8799) to the king <04428> of Assyria <0804>, saying <0559> (8800), The nations <01471> which thou hast removed <01540> (8689), and placed <03427> (8686) in the cities <05892> of Samaria <08111>, know <03045> (8804) not the manner <04941> of the God <0430> of the land <0776>: therefore he hath sent <07971> (8762) lions <0738> among them, and, behold, they slay <04191> (8688) them, because they know <03045> (8802) not the manner <04941> of the God <0430> of the land <0776>.

Raja Asyur pun memerintahkan Suruhlah ke sana salah seorang imam yang telah kamu buang dari daerah itu Dia harus pergi dan tinggal di sana untuk mengajar mereka aturan beribadat kepada tuhan negeri itu
