Romans 2:13

Sebabnya orang yang benar di mata Allah bukanlah mereka yang mendengar hukum Taurat tetapi mereka yang mengamalkan ajarannya

Romans 7:2

Misalnya menurut hukum seorang perempuan yang berkahwin terikat kepada suaminya hanya selagi suaminya itu masih hidup tetapi jika suaminya mati perempuan itu dibebaskan daripada hukum perkahwinan

Romans 9:31

Sebaliknya orang Israel yang mengejar perbenaran berasaskan hukum tidak dapat mencapainya
