Matthew 5:1

Ketika Yesus melihat orang ramai itu Dia pun mendaki ke atas sebuah bukit lalu duduk Kemudian datanglah murid-murid-Nya kepada-Nya

Matthew 20:23

Yesus berkata kepada mereka Memang kamu akan minum dari cawan-Ku Tetapi untuk duduk di kiri dan kanan-Ku bukanlah Aku memberikannya tetapi tempat itu milik mereka yang telah disediakan oleh Bapa-Ku

Mark 9:35

Yesus duduk lalu memanggil murid-Nya yang dua belas itu Dia berkata kepada mereka Kalau sesiapa ingin menjadi yang terdahulu dia mestilah menjadi yang terakhir dan hamba kepada semua orang

Mereka membawa anak keldai itu kepada Yesus dan mengalasnya dengan jubah mereka Yesus pun duduk di atas anak keldai itu

Yesus duduk berhadapan dengan peti wang persembahan dan melihat betapa orang memasukkan wang ke dalamnya Ramai orang kaya memasukkan sumbangan yang besar

Jika seseorang antara kamu ingin membina sebuah menara dia akan terlebih dahulu duduk dan menganggarkan perbelanjaannya untuk memastikan sama ada dia mempunyai wang yang cukup untuk menyiapkan pembinaan itu
