Aku bahkan rela menghinakan diriku lebih lagi daripada itu dan direndahkan di hadapan mataku sendiri Tentang budak-budak perempuan yang kaukatakan itu justeru daripada merekalah aku akan diberi hormat

Lalu kata Yonadab kepadanya Berbaringlah di tempat tidurmu dan berpura-puralah sakit Apabila ayahmu datang menjenguk kamu katakanlah kepadanya Izinkanlah Tamar adikku datang memberi aku makanan serta menyiapkan makanan di hadapan mataku sehingga aku dapat melihatnya dan makan daripada tangannya

Maka berbaringlah Amnon dan berpura-pura sakit Ketika raja datang menjenguknya Amnon berkata kepada raja Izinkanlah Tamar adikku datang membuatkan aku penganan juadah di hadapan mataku supaya aku makan daripada tangannya

Ezekiel 10:2

Dia pun berfirman kepada orang yang berpakaian linen itu Masuklah ke antara roda berputar di bawah malaikat kerubin itu Penuhi genggamanmu dengan bara api daripada antara malaikat kerubin itu lalu hamburkanlah ke atas kota itu Maka masuklah dia di hadapan mataku

Ezekiel 10:19

Malaikat-malaikat kerubin itu mengangkat sayap lalu naik dari tanah di hadapan mataku Ketika mereka beranjak roda-roda itu ikut bersama-sama mereka Seterusnya mereka berdiri dekat pintu gerbang timur Bait Tuhan dan kemuliaan Allah Israel ada di atas mereka
