1 Samuel 11:9

Mereka memberitahu para utusan yang datang Beginilah harus kamu katakan kepada orang Yabesh-Gilead Esok pada waktu hari panas terik kamu akan mendapat pertolongan Lalu utusan-utusan itu pulang dan menyampaikan hal itu kepada orang Yabesh sehingga mereka pun bersukacita

AV: And they said <0559> (8799) unto the messengers <04397> that came <0935> (8802), Thus shall ye say <0559> (8799) unto the men <0376> of Jabeshgilead <03003> <01568>, To morrow <04279>, by [that time] the sun <08121> be hot <02527>, ye shall have help <08668>. And the messengers <04397> came <0935> (8799) and shewed <05046> (8686) [it] to the men <0582> of Jabesh <03003>; and they were glad <08055> (8799). {help: or, deliverance}

Akan tetapi mereka mengolok-olokkan utusan-utusan Allah itu meremehkan firman-Nya dan mengejek nabi-nabi-Nya sehingga murka Tuhan bangkit terhadap umat-Nya dan tidak mungkin lagi ada pemulihan
