Apabila dia berpaling untuk pergi meninggalkan Samuel Allah memberinya hati yang baru Lalu terjadilah semua tanda itu pada hari itu juga

Lalu dia berkata kepadanya Ketahuilah kerana engkau tidak mematuhi Tuhan maka sebaik sahaja engkau pergi meninggalkan aku seekor singa akan menerkam engkau Maka ketika orang itu pergi meninggalkannya seekor singa menghalang dia dan menerkamnya
