Maka bani Keni iaitu keturunan ayah mertua Musa keluar bersama-sama bani Yehuda meninggalkan kota pokok kurma menuju ke Gurun Yehuda di Tanah Negeb berdekatan dengan Arad lalu mereka bermastautin dengan penduduk di situ
