Yosua menyuruh beberapa orang suruhan lalu mereka berlari ke khemah itu Memang semua itu disembunyikan di dalam khemahnya dengan perak di bawahnya

Kemudian Saul mengutus beberapa orang suruhan ke rumah Daud untuk mengawasinya dan membunuhnya pada pagi hari Tetapi Mikhal isteri Daud memberitahukan hal itu kepadanya katanya Jika engkau tidak menyelamatkan diri malam ini maka esok engkau akan dibunuh

Ketika Saul mengutus orang suruhan untuk menangkap dan membawa Daud Mikhal berkata Dia sakit

Lalu Saul mengutus orang suruhan itu kembali untuk melihat Daud katanya Usunglah dia kepadaku di atas tempat tidur itu supaya aku dapat membunuhnya

Tetapi ketika orang suruhan itu masuk tampaklah terafim di tempat tidur itu dengan bantal bulu kambing di bahagian kepalanya

Maka Saul mengutus beberapa orang suruhan untuk menangkap dan membawa Daud Apabila mereka melihat betapa sebuah rombongan para nabi bernubuat dengan diketuai oleh Samuel turunlah Roh Allah ke atas mereka sehingga orang suruhan Saul itu pun bernubuat seperti para nabi

Maka Saul mengutus beberapa orang suruhan untuk menangkap dan membawa Daud Apabila mereka melihat betapa sebuah rombongan para nabi bernubuat dengan diketuai oleh Samuel turunlah Roh Allah ke atas mereka sehingga orang suruhan Saul itu pun bernubuat seperti para nabi

Hal itu diberitahukan kepada Saul Maka diutusnya pulalah beberapa orang suruhan yang lain tetapi mereka pun turut bernubuat seperti nabi Untuk ketiga kalinya Saul mengutus beberapa lagi orang suruhan tetapi mereka juga bernubuat seperti nabi
