Deuteronomy 17:19

Hendaklah salinan itu sentiasa ada padanya dan hendaklah dibacanya seumur hidupnya supaya dia belajar bertakwa kepada Tuhan Allahnya dengan berpegang teguh dan mengikut semua kata dalam hukum Taurat ini serta kanun-kanun ini
