Deuteronomy 17:14

Apabila engkau sudah masuk ke negeri yang dikurniakan kepadamu oleh Tuhan Allahmu dan apabila engkau sudah memilikinya serta tinggal di dalamnya lalu engkau berkata Aku hendak mengangkat seorang raja atasku seperti segala bangsa yang ada di sekelilingku
