Deuteronomy 7:6

kerana kamu umat yang suci bagi Tuhan Allahmu Kamu telah dipilih oleh Tuhan Allahmu untuk menjadi umat kesayangan-Nya daripada semua bangsa yang ada di muka bumi

Pada hari ini juga Tuhan menyatakan bahawa engkau ialah umat kesayangan-Nya sendiri seperti yang dijanjikan-Nya kepadamu dan bahawa engkau harus berpegang teguh pada segala perintah-Nya
