Deuteronomy 1:8

Ketahuilah Aku telah menyerahkan negeri itu kepadamu Masukilah dan dudukilah negeri yang telah Tuhan sumpah untuk memberi nenek moyangmu iaitu Abraham Ishak dan Yakub dan keturunan mereka

Deuteronomy 6:10

Apabila Tuhan Allahmu telah membawa engkau masuk ke negeri yang telah Dia sumpah untuk memberikan kepada nenek moyangmu iaitu Abraham Ishak dan Yakub kota-kota besar dan baik yang tidak engkau bangunkan

Lakukanlah apa yang benar dan baik di mata Tuhan supaya keadaanmu baik dan engkau dapat memasuki serta menduduki negeri yang baik yang telah Tuhan sumpah untuk memberikan kepada nenek moyangmu

Deuteronomy 6:23

Lalu Dia mengeluarkan kita dari sana membawa kita masuk ke sini dan memberikan kepada kita negeri ini seperti yang telah Dia sumpah untuk memberikan kepada nenek moyang kita

Dia akan mengasihi kamu memberkati kamu dan meramaikan jumlahmu Dia akan memberkati buah kandunganmu hasil tanahmu iaitu gandummu anggurmu dan minyakmu juga anak lembumu serta kawanan dombamu di negeri yang telah Dia sumpah untuk memberikan kepada nenek moyangmu

Segala perintah yang kusampaikan kepadamu pada hari ini wajib kamu lakukan dengan setia supaya kamu dapat hidup bertambah ramai dan dapat memasuki serta memiliki negeri yang telah Tuhan sumpah untuk memberikannya kepada nenek moyangmu

Deuteronomy 8:18

Sebaliknya ingatlah Tuhan Allahmu kerana Dialah yang memberikan kepadamu kekuatan untuk memperoleh kekayaan itu demi meneguhkan perjanjian yang telah Dia sumpah kepada nenek moyangmu seperti pada hari ini

Bukan kesalihan atau ketulusan hatimu yang membuat kamu dapat masuk dan menduduki negeri mereka melainkan kerana kefasiqan bangsa-bangsa itulah maka Tuhan Allahmu mengusir mereka dari hadapanmu demi menepati janji yang diikrarkan Tuhan atas sumpah kepada nenek moyangmu iaitu Abraham Ishak dan Yakub

Deuteronomy 13:17

Jangan biarkan satu apa pun daripada barang-barang yang dikhususkan untuk dimusnahkan itu melekat pada tanganmu Dengan demikian Tuhan akan berpaling daripada kemurkaan-Nya yang menyala-nyala menunjukkan belas kasihan-Nya kepadamu menyayangi engkau dan membuat engkau menjadi ramai seperti yang telah Dia sumpah untuk memberikan kepada nenek moyangmu

Lihatlah dari kediaman-Mu yang suci dari syurga dan berkatilah umat-Mu Israel serta tanah yang Engkau berikan kepada kami seperti yang telah Engkau sumpah kepada nenek moyang kami sebuah negeri yang berlimpah-limpah susu dan madu
