Leviticus 14:51

Kemudian hendaklah dia mengambil kayu araz ranting hisop kain merah menyala dan burung yang masih hidup itu lalu mencelup kesemuanya ke dalam darah burung yang telah disembelih serta air segar tadi untuk selanjutnya memerciki rumah itu tujuh kali

Hendaklah dia menyucikan rumah itu dengan darah burung air segar burung yang hidup kayu araz ranting hisop dan kain merah menyala itu

Leviticus 15:13

Apabila orang itu sudah suci daripada lelehannya maka hendaklah dia melalui tujuh hari untuk penyuciannya Hendaklah dia mencuci pakaiannya membasuh tubuhnya dengan air segar dan dia pun menjadi suci

Hendaklah orang yang najis itu mengambil sebahagian daripada abu korban penghapus dosa yang dibakar letakkannya di dalam sebuah wadah lalu tuangkan padanya air segar daripada mata air
