Leviticus 13:20

Hendaklah imam menjalankan pemeriksaan Jika tampaknya bintik-bintik itu berakar lebih dalam daripada lapisan kulit dan bulu di tempat itu telah berubah menjadi putih maka hendaklah imam mengisytiharkan orang itu najis Itu jangkitan penyakit yang muncul di bekas bisul itu

Leviticus 13:55

Sesudah barang yang memiliki kesan kotor itu dicuci hendaklah imam menjalankan pemeriksaan semula Jika terbukti kesan kotor itu tidak berubah rupanya meskipun tidak meluas maka barang itu najis dan hendaklah engkau membakarnya habis tidak kira sama ada kesan kotor itu berada di sebelah belakang atau di depan

Leviticus 13:56

Jika pemeriksaan imam menunjukkan bahawa kesan kotor itu menjadi pudar sesudah dicuci maka hendaklah dia membuang bahagian berkesan kotor itu daripada pakaian kulit benang lungsin atau pakan itu

dan hendaklah imam pergi ke luar perkhemahan lalu menjalankan pemeriksaan terhadap jangkitan itu Jika terbukti orang itu telah sembuh daripada jangkitan penyakit yang dihidapinya
