Leviticus 4:20

Hendaklah diperlakukan sedemikian iaitu sebagaimana diperlakukannya ke atas lembu korban penghapus dosa Maka hendaklah imam mengadakan pendamaian bagi mereka dan mereka akan diampuni

Leviticus 16:16

Hendaklah dia mengadakan pendamaian demi Tempat Suci atas sebab kenajisan orang Israel dan kerana segala pelanggaran mereka yang berkaitan apa-apa pun dosa mereka Demikianlah harus diperlakukannya ke atas Khemah Pertemuan yang ada bersama-sama mereka di tengah-tengah kenajisan mereka

Joshua 10:28
