Exodus 33:1

Tuhan berfirman kepada Musa Berangkatlah dan pergilah dari tempat ini kamu serta umat yang telah kamu pimpin keluar dari Tanah Mesir itu Tujuilah negeri yang telah Kujanjikan dengan bersumpah kepada Abraham Ishak dan Yakub dengan berfirman Kepada keturunanmu akan Aku kurniakannya

Numbers 14:23

sekali-kali tidak akan melihat negeri yang Kujanjikan dengan bersumpah kepada nenek moyang mereka Semua yang menista Aku tidak akan melihat negeri itu

Numbers 32:11

Sesungguhnya tiada seorang pun daripada orang yang berumur dua puluh tahun ke atas saat keluar dari Mesir akan melihat tanah yang Kujanjikan dengan bersumpah kepada Abraham Ishak dan Yakub kerana mereka tidak mengikuti Aku dengan sepenuh hati
