Mereka akan melantunkan suatu ratapan mengenai engkau dan berkata kepadamu Betapa engkau lenyap wahai kota kenamaan yang diduduki oleh golongan orang yang bekerja di laut Engkau menjadi kuat di laut bersama dengan pendudukmu Engkau mendatangkan ketakutan kepada semua orang yang tinggal di dalammu
