Jika seseorang memukul hambanya baik lelaki mahupun perempuan dengan tongkat hingga hamba itu mati di tangannya dia pasti dihukum

Exodus 32:19

Lalu apabila dia menghampiri perkhemahan dan melihat arca anak lembu itu serta orang berpesta menari-nari itu menyalalah kemarahan Musa Dia menghempaskan loh-loh itu daripada tangannya dan memecahkannya di kaki gunung itu
