Tuhan telah mengangkat engkau Zefanya menjadi imam untuk menggantikan Imam Yoyada supaya engkau menjadi pengawas di Bait Tuhan Setiap orang yang gila dan yang mengaku diri sebagai nabi harus kaumasukkan ke dalam pasungan dan belenggu
