Kata orang Israel kepada mereka Ah kalaulah dahulu kami mati di tangan Tuhan di Tanah Mesir ketika kami duduk menghadapi kuali berisi daging dan makan roti sampai kenyang Tetapi kamu pula membawa kami keluar ke gurun ini untuk membunuh seluruh jemaah ini dengan kelaparan
