Maka Yusuf membuat ketetapan perihal tanah di Mesir yang masih berkuat kuasa sehingga kini iaitu bahawa seperlima bahagian daripada hasil tanah menjadi milik Firaun Hanya tanah para imamlah yang tidak menjadi milik Firaun
