Nehemiah 9:26

Namun begitu mereka menderhaka dan memberontak terhadap Engkau serta membelakangi hukum Taurat-Mu dan membunuh para nabi-Mu yang mengingatkan mereka untuk berbalik kepada-Mu Mereka mengucapkan pelbagai kekufuran terhadap Engkau

Nehemiah 9:30

Selama bertahun-tahun Engkau sabar terhadap mereka dan menerusi Roh-Mu Engkau mengingatkan mereka dengan perantaraan para nabi-Mu tetapi mereka tidak mahu mendengar Oleh sebab itu Engkau menyerahkan mereka ke dalam tangan bangsa segala negeri
