2 Chronicles 8:14

Menurut peraturan Daud ayahnya dia menetapkan regu para imam untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan mereka juga bani Lewi untuk bertugas memuji-muji Allah serta menyelenggarakan ibadat di hadapan para imam sebagaimana wajib dilakukan setiap hari Dia menetapkan regu penjaga pintu gerbang bagi setiap buah pintu gerbang kerana demikianlah perintah Daud hamba Allah itu

Hizkia menetapkan regu para imam dan bani Lewi menurut giliran mereka selaras dengan pekerjaan masing-masing sebagai imam atau bani Lewi Mereka harus mempersembahkan korban bakaran dan korban kedamaian menyelenggarakan ibadat mengucap syukur dan melantunkan puji-pujian di pintu-pintu gerbang perkhemahan Tuhan
