Esau membawa para isterinya para anaknya baik lelaki mahupun perempuan semua orang yang ada di rumahnya ternakannya segala haiwannya dan segala harta benda yang diperolehnya di Tanah Kanaan pergi ke sebuah negeri jauh daripada Yakub adiknya

Genesis 37:35

Semua anaknya baik lelaki mahupun perempuan berusaha menghiburkannya tetapi dia enggan dihiburkan Katanya Tidak Dengan meratap aku akan turun mendapatkan anakku di alam kubur Demikianlah Yusuf ditangisi oleh ayahnya
