Oleh sebab itu Allah Israel menggerakkan hati Pul iaitu Tilgat-Pilneser raja Asyur sehingga dia membuang orang Ruben orang Gad dan separa suku Manasye Dibawanya mereka ke Halah Habor Hara serta ke tepi Sungai Gozan Demikianlah sampai hari ini
