Kemudian raja Asyur mengutus Tartan Rabsaris dan Rabshakeh disertai suatu pasukan yang besar dari Lakhis untuk menemui Raja Hizkia di Yerusalem Mereka pun berangkat lalu sampai di Yerusalem Setelah sampai mereka mengambil tempat dekat saluran kolam atas iaitu di jalan raya menuju Padang Dobi
