Apabila penduduk pulau itu melihat ular tersebut pada tangan Paulus mereka berkata sama sendiri Tentu dia ini seorang pembunuh sungguhpun dia selamat daripada bahaya laut tetapi Dewi Keadilan tidak membiarkan dia hidup
