Setelah tinggal di Yerusalem kira-kira lapan atau sepuluh hari lagi Festus pun berangkat ke Kaisarea Pada esoknya dia duduk sebagai hakim di mahkamah lalu menyuruh orang membawa Paulus menghadapnya
